It's last call at the Cicada Lounge. Only a last few straggling adults remain.

Here and there, I see evidence of their larval progeny: "flagging," the withered brown leaves at the end of tree limbs.

A current project at work calls for uploading files (of arbitrary length, type, and contents) via HTML forms and HTTP to an IIS web server running VBScript and ASP. My boss tracked down several freeware tools to help us deal with the POSTed multipart/form-data media type on the server side, and we ended up going with Free ASP Upload. It works like a champ; all the source code is there, so it was easy to hack it slightly to fit our requirements.

PS: The tool comes with a test driver that helps you trouble-shoot the installation environment.
