Mike, our musical director, worked with us this evening, and we got more done in an hour and a half than we usually get done in a night.
Mike is focused, organized, and doesn't want to waste
any time.
I think that Laurie and Sally fed him the line that we would all be solid on our music by now and all he'd have to do is tweak things. Huh.
I worked yesterday morning on my music for an hour or so. Everything is coming to me excruciatingly slowly.
If Bill isn't there for me to hear (and Bill, like me, is never there), I get lost in the harmonies
pretty easily. There seem to be only two of us singing bass, and I told Mike that I'm his third-best bass.
I remembered most of the choreography for "Blow, Gabriel, Blow" from the last time that I was there for a rehearsal.
Except for the parts that we changed; Sky and I both need to figure this out.
